Printable Digraph Tiles + Vowel Team Teams
If you need a class set of “tiles” or even just a few for a small group or at home, just print these out use! The size of the printable tiles is a little larger than the plastic letter tiles, so you have as a reference. To make them durable and re-usable, I highly recommend printing them on cardstock and laminating them.
Included in this pack are small, printable “tiles” for consonant digraphs and vowel teams in print font AND a slant {or manuscript} font. Each font type has an all black set and a set with consonants black and the vowel teams red.
Consonant Digraphs Included:
- ch
- ph
- sh
- th
- wh
- wr
- kn
- gn

- gh {added 1/2022}

I’ve included a base line under each letter combination so that learners can clearly see letters that are tall and letters that have “tails.”
These “tiles” can be used as learners spell words at their desk in a lesson with everyone, such as a Making Words lesson. You can even print a set for each learner to use during independent spelling activities or a word work center.
