Printable Alphabet Letter Tiles
Included in this pack are small, printable letter “tiles” for letters a to z. They are included in print font AND a slant {or manuscript} font. Each font type has an all black set and a set with consonants black and vowels red.
The size of the printable tiles is a little larger than the plastic letter tiles, so you have a reference.
To make them durable and re-usable, I highly recommend printing them on cardstock and laminating them.
I included a base line under each letter so that learners can clearly see letters that are tall and letters that have “tails.” The line can also help with holding the tile right-side up for letters like b, d, p, q, u, and n.
These “tiles” can be used as learners spell words at their desk in a lesson with everyone, such as a Making Words lesson. You can even print a set for each learner to use during independent spelling activities or a word work center.

you are awesome!!!
Hi Becky, any chance you can do the alphabet tiles with the ‘q’ as it is in the alphabet and not ‘qu’. I am a School Services Officer working on alphabet recognition and names with some struggling students and came across your tiles (which are the perfect size to magnetise and use on small white boards).
thanks for your time. Karina
The file now has a section at the end for “Just q.” 🙂
Thank you so much, this is just what I was looking for!
