Do you have a learners that writers with letter reversals for b, d, p, or q? I created some letter reversals handwriting pages for my learner and am sharing them today!
While we have our letter reversals posters and letter reversals trick, I decided to make some letter reversal handwriting pages for reinforcement.

Letter Reversals Handwriting Pages
These are not a one-time use activity. Right now, my first grader is using them in her independent work time during schoolwork about 2x a week. Sometimes we slip them into our dry erase pockets {which I like even more than plastic sleeve protectors}. Sometimes, she uses her favorite gel pens.
I like the activity because it’s game-like {modeled after our Roll & Race Sight Word Pages from Learn to Read} and doesn’t take lots of time to accomplish.
All you need is a die, a “game board,” and a pencil. Kids roll the die for an odd or even number to know which letter to write. They keep rolling and writing until they have a winning letter.
As a quick reminder, you could even write the even (2, 4, 6) and odd (1, 3, 5) numbers at the bottom of the page.
The pack comes in 2 levels {both in color & blackline}. Level 1 has the visual reminders {b-bat, d-doughnut, p-pencil, q-quarter}.
Level two does not have the visual reminders. Just the letters at the bottom. We have only worked on level 1 so far, but level 2 is coming! 🙂
