NO PREP Telling Time Games
These FREE telling time games come with three levels of play:
- telling time by the hour
- telling time by the half hour
- telling time by quarter hours
I love that kids get to practice reading the clock multiple times throughout the activity. I also think it’s a bonus that there are several ways the game can be adapted.
For example, kids can roll the die and color in the clocks as they read them, which is great for fine motor skills. {This is the level 1 game board.}
Or kids can roll the die and then use transparent counters to cover the clocks as they read them. This makes these pages reusable–BONUS! {Level 2 board pictured above.}
Kids can even roll and then stamp the clocks with dot marker paint. {This is the level 3 game board.}
A great extension activity {and accountability piece} that could be added is to have students write the time under each clock they stamp.
