Great resource! However, kindly note Canada phased out the penny, and now rounds all amounts to the nearest nickel. Pennies are no longer in circulation.
That’s good to note! I am not Canadian and was going off the info {albeit outdated info} I had. The great thing about inserts is that you don’t have to use that one if you don’t want to. 🙂
Absolutely! We still have pennies kicking around … but now they’re just fancy copper counters with pictures of the queen and a couple maple leafs on them. Of course, by phasing out the penny our kids are rounding numbers even earlier. Likely a bonus unanticipated by the government.
