Just Trace It – Simple Tracing Pages
When we created our Letter Trace App a couple of years ago, one of the things we wanted to be sure to include was a tracing practice section where kids got to “finish the picture” by tracing lines, curves, circles, etc. Level 1 of this app is devoted just to this activity.
And as I was looking through some files on my computer, I came across the files, thought I’d share them with you in printable format. {These are not all exactly like the ones on the app, but some are the same.}
In the pack, I’ve included three different pages for four tracing options:
- straight lines
- curvy lines
- circles
- complex lines like zigzags. {See four samples in the image below.}
Now, you may see all that fun color and think, “Yikes! That’s A LOT of color ink!” So, I kept you in mind.
FOUR options are included:
- full color with backgrounds, as seen in the images above
- color without backgrounds
- blackline images with backgrounds
- blackline images without backgrounds.
There, is that better? 🙂
To use {and reuse}, just slip the pages of your choice into a dry erase pocket or go all out and create your own handwriting notebook for your learners. There are more simple tracing pages in all our themed Preschool Packs {free}!
