Number Tracing Pages {for 0-10}

By thisreadingmama Leave a Comment

These free Number Tracing Pages for numbers 0-10 are great for older toddlers or preschoolers who want to do work like the “big kids” do.

When my daughter was around two and a half years old, she wanted schoolwork like her older siblings had. So, I created some Handwriting Practice Pages for the letters of the alphabet. I honestly wasn’t concerned about her knowing her letters or letter sounds at that young of an age, but it was something she was definitely interested in doing.

Number Tracing Pages {for Numbers 0-10}

If you have a little one who sounds like my youngest was, you’ll also enjoy these 0-10 tracing pages.

They’re full-page so they’re easier for little learners to trace. I recommend slipping them into plastic sleeve protectors and maybe even making a “Handwriting Folder” using a 3-ring binder if you think this is something your little one would like. This makes it so that the pages can be used over and over again.

The unique thing about the pages is that there is a counting hand placed in the spot where the number should start when it’s written. The fingers on each hand also represent the number that’s being traced like you see in the image below for 3.

I am not suggesting that your little one needs to trace each number perfectly or even start correctly each time. If your little one enjoys it, it gives you time to talk about numbers in a way that is meaningful to them.

Please note: Because I bought the clip art, the counting fingers cannot be changed. And because I bought the font, the font of the numbers also cannot be changed. I do, however, offer two options for the starting point for the number 5 found on pages 16 and 30.

Enjoy teaching!
