No Prep Fraction Games

These no prep fraction games are super simple to play. Learners roll a die and read one of the fractions associated with the number they roll. Depending on the game board you choose, learners either find the fraction that matches, find the shape that shows that fraction, shade in their own shape, or divide/shade in the shape.

The 12 No Prep Fraction Games Include:

  • Read and Match Fractions to Shaded Shapes (2 boards)
  • Read and Match Fraction Words to Shaded Shapes (2 boards)
  • Read and Match Fraction Words to Fractions (2 boards)
  • Read the Fractions and Shade the Shapes (2 boards)
  • Read the Fractions and Divide/Shade the Shapes (2 boards)
  • Equivalent Fractions (2 boards)

Try it! Slip the fraction games into a dry erase pocket and use dry erase marker or cover with counters to make them reusable. {The game pictured above is from our no prep addition games, but the idea is the same.} I have more ideas for modifying the games on our introduction page.

With regards to fractions, it is always tricky to deal with it. Thankfully your site gives me another way to solve it accurately.
