Looking for some Educational YouTube Channels for kids? They’re great for distance learning, classroom learning, and at-home learning!
Here are some mom/teacher-tested channels for several subject areas. Feel free to add your favorite educational channels in the comments!
It’s no secret that videos can be a fantastic teaching tool to help your learners experience things they would not experience in the classroom or at home.
Of course, the best way to experience things first-hand is to go on field trips. But if you happen to be stuck at home {because a terrible virus takes over the world}, you can’t. That’s why I’m sharing some educational YouTube channels you can use with many subject areas.
Educational YouTube Channels for Kids
Please note: No matter how “safe” you or I feel about these channels, I DO NOT recommend allowing your child watch YouTube without supervision. It’s simply too unpredictable.
Click on the links below to check out the YouTube channels mentioned in the lists. Some channels have an explanation beside them, while most do not. Please know that I have visited each of these channels before adding them to the list, but I have not viewed all the videos in their playlists.
