FREE Farm PreK/K Pack {Updated and Expanded}

We’re nearing fall time. And I don’t know about you, but fall time makes me want to go to the farm! So, I updated and expanded my Farm Pre-K pack by changing out some clip art and adding a few new activities. The pack now includes the same kind of hands-on activities you can find in my Reading the Alphabet curriculum and also has been expanded to include activities for Kindergartners as well. For more Pre-K/K Packs, click HERE.

This pack was originally created for the preschoolers in our homeschool co-op as their older siblings participated in a Charlotte’s Web Book Club. You can find the links to our Charlotte’s Web book club HERE.  Because of that, you will find activities within the pack that have a spider-theme. Feel free to use or ignore them. :)

If you’re looking for an agricultural farm-themed pack, you may want to try some of the activities in my FREE Garden Pack alongside this one.

  1. Wow! Thanks for sharing! I can’t wait to use this with my preschool speech therapy students :)

  2. My DS just turned 4. He is begging to start kindergarten. Although we won’t “formally” start kindergarten until the fall after he turns 6, he has already been up in my lap while downloading some of your unit packs and he is adamant about “starting RIGHT NOW!” :) Thank you so much for giving us a place to start with high quality printables. I teach middle school special education and your work is very appreciated. Thanks and have a blessed day!

  3. Thanks so much for sharing these wonderful printables! I used some with my 2 year old and they were great! Thanks you!

  3. […] To help get my creative juices flowing, I choose a theme to plan school around each month.  This month we did a farm theme.  I am going to highlight some of Faith’s (3) favorite activities with the links of some of the printables we used. The picture on the left shows Faith sorting animals, on the farm or not on the farm.  I used this activity as a vocabulary builder.  She knew some of the animals, but not all of them.  Through this activity, I learned that she doesn’t know her animal sounds at all and that any bird is a duck.  I decided that we would focus on animal recognition and animal sounds for the rest of the month.  This worksheet comes from the free Farm Pack from This Reading Mama.
