I am so excited to offer Reading the Alphabet AS A BUNDLE PACK for the first time today! Reading the Alphabet is a PreK reading curriculum I designed for my advanced preschooler as he needed to dig a little deeper into his awareness of letters and their sounds within words, print awareness concepts, writing his letters, and sight words. It is a perfect fit for your preschooler, struggling reader, or special needs child. To read more about how Reading the Alphabet works, please visit my introduction post, where I talk about the skills and objectives covered in this 31-week curriculum.
Reading the Alphabet has been free {and will remain free on my blog}, but I am now offering it as a BUNDLE PACK! This means less time spent downloading the materials, PLUS there are some bonus materials you can’t find in the free version!
For example, there are:
- 26 mini early emergent readers, perfect for those younger preschoolers and toddlers who desire to learn their ABC’s right alongside their older sibling. Just cut out and staple together!
- 5 extra long vowel emergent readers and picture cards {in color or black and white} that review sight words learned throughout the curriculum
- printable sight word cards in color or black and white with directions on how to use them
- blank 5-day lesson outline
What are others saying about Reading The Alphabet?
– “Becky has nailed the reading / language package. The information is parent or user friendly, accurate, up-to-date and the children and parents of my children love the activities. I’m a pre-K teacher in a Montessori School, National Board in Early childhood education and certified Montessori teacher. Becky has provided some of the best activities and lessons I have ever seen or used.” {Terry Sorrell, Montessori Pre-K teacher}
– “This is a top-notch program for helping little ones understand how print works, to become aware of sounds within words, and to gain a basic knowledge of sight words.” {Anna of The Measured Mom}

Thanks for all your wonderful packs.
Thank you for putting together this resource but the coupon code is not working. The site says it has expired. Any suggestions?
Anna, it should work now. I fixed it. I’m so sorry about that! I’m new at this. 🙂
Hi there! I was curious about the terms of use… I am part of a little homeschool co-op that consists of 3 moms and 4 pre-k children. We rotate between our homes each week and would love to use this curriculum. Do we each need to purchase it or can we just get 1 copy and use it? Thank you!! We are excited! (thejennyreid@gmail.com)
If my daughter doesn’t know all her letter sounds should I wait to start this curriculum?
If she knows about half and is solid with letter names, she should be just fine as the curriculum does teach/review the sounds each week.
I’m not finding an email address for you, I was wondering if you would be interested in having a review of your product. I have a 4yo son who has some speech issues, I was interested in using your program….focusing the order on the current letters he is working on with speech. Anyways just a thought. Feel free to stop by my blog… http://www.chestnutgroveacademy.blogspot.com
Sending you an email. 🙂
Hello, I just purchased Reading the Alphabet, but due to download problems and being timed out by paypal I was unable to download my purchase. Is there any way to retry downloading? Thank you, Isabel
Sending you an email now.
Hi Becky, what a terrific program! I was wondering what you might suggest for my daughter who just turned 5? We’ve just started homeschooling this yr, she already knows her letters and their sounds and we’ve done a few short vowel readers but I def feel (ESP after reading through your multi sensory article) that the reading alone just isn’t enough. Do you offer something for children that are a bit older?
Is the bundled “reading the alphabet’ available on TPT?
Not at this time. It is such a large file that I wasn’t sure TpT could handle it. 😉
Just downloaded the bundle and cannot wait to begin using it! My son will be in kindergarten next year and my daughter is almost 3. We do a lot of alphabet work already, but I love that this is all in one place and organized for me! More time can be devoted to the important stuff rather than trying to find it online. Thank you!!!!!
I just purchased the bundle via paypal but did not have the option of downloading?? What did I do wrong??
I just sent an email to you about the issue. 🙂
I just purchased the bundle via paypal but was not given a download option. Please advise on how to download. Thanks!
Wow and I have not seen this one yet… I will be purchasing next week. For now I am enjoying the new partner series you’re doing with the measured mom!
Wonderful! Thank you for stopping by to comment. 🙂
