Parts of Speech Clip Cards

These free parts of speech cards are a GEM! They’re perfect to integrate right into your grammar lessons or writing center.

There are over 120 cards included in color and in blackline for these parts of speech:

• concrete nouns, proper nouns, and abstract nouns
• pronouns
• action verbs, helping verbs, and linking verbs
• adjectives
• adverbs
• prepositions
• conjunctions
• interjections

Before using them, I highly suggest laminating them for durability. You can use them as clip cards with clothespins.

Or learners can circle the answer using dry erase marker. In this case, they would be used more like task cards.
