Number Pattern Cards
Give your young learners some practice with numbers 0 to 9 in a creative way with these Number Pattern Cards!

In this free pack, you’ll find these five patterns types in color, blackline, and as a tracing activity.
- ABAB
- AABB
- ABB
- AAB
- ABC
Just print the cards off and either cut them apart into strips or leave them as one whole page. I also recommend that you laminate them if you will be using them multiple times.
Learners name the numbers and figure out the pattern. Several options are available for finishing the pattern.
1. Learners can write place the number card in the missing spot. {The numbers needed for each strip are included in the pack.}
2. They can use magnetic numbers to fill in the missing number.
3. They can also slip the tracing number pattern cards pages into a dry erase pocket. Learners they trace and write the missing numbers using a dry erase marker… a sneaky way to work in some handwriting practice!
