FREE April Writing Prompts
Even though they are considered “writing prompts”, please use them with complete freedom. If your child wants to take the prompt and run a different way with it, allow her. These prompts are simply a springboard for writing, not a rigid list.
And invite your child to write MORE! You can even use our M.O.R.E. graphic, which as helped my young writers tremendously!
Once your child uses one of the ideas, she can color in the picture, the part my kids always enjoy.
