Crayon Box Ending Sounds Sorts
To prep, I printed the crayons and crayon boxes onto cardstock and cut them out. The lines provided around the crayons make for a quicker prep time! If you’re using this set with multiple children, such as a literacy center, I highly recommend laminating them.
Just like with our Flower Phonics Pack & Snowman Phonics Pack, you can choose to just focus on only one letter sound,
or students who are ready can sort between more than one ending sound.
All pages have a picture key. Feel free to write the answer on the back of the crayons to make them self-checking.
You can even tape or glue the crayon boxes into a file folder to create a “pocket” {don’t glue/tape the top}. Laminate all the pieces, cut a slit at the top of the crayon box, and you have an easy file folder game!
By the way, The Crayon Box that Talked would be a fun book to read before working on these! 🙂

Enjoy!

Hi there. I can’t find a contact for you so I will try here. Is there ANYWAY you can share what font you use for the poke pages for sight words? That seems to be the best way for my little one to remember them and I need to make some since we are on a diff curriculum. Ive searched and searched! Thanks in advance!! haley
Do you mean the ones I used with Reading the Alphabet? I created them myself out of basic shapes in Power Point. 🙂
