I aporeciate all of yoir hard work in producing all of your resources. Hard to to choose favourite…but probably have to say reading blogs and teacher aids. This is primarily because few of our children in our country have an appetite for reading. I am an elderly, voluntary tutor and try to provide books to encourage this…few homes where I work have even a single book to read. Thank you for all of your hard and superb work to help us …and the children we love to teach! Gratefully.

Becky you have tremendous talent for putting together such fantastic learning resources. The visuals are so brilliant and the text is so easy for learners to read and understand. My favorite resource of yours would be The Seeds and Plants Unit. Your resources make learning look fun. You have such wonderful resources for Language Arts. I would love to see some extra Science Units perhaps on Animal Classification, Rocks Cycle, Nature Combo Units and Science Method Sheet with an example of one filled out. Maybe a Science Notebook with some experiments to do and complete a science sheet. If you ever do a Science package or Geography package for that matter. This would be perfect to start a lovely learning journey so that we could grow along side you and your wonderful Units and build as we go along. I would certainly be interested in purchasing something like this and I am certain others will too. Thank you for the opportunity in this Giveaway!

I’m a huge fan of all the resources for students that break down skills into the smallest parts, so that my struggling readers can practice exactly what they need to for mastery. I know that students with dyslexia also may have a hard time with math. I’d love to see more resources to help students with math problems, especially the more challenging word problems!

I’m amazed at how well he’s picking it all up and it’s very helpful for me to have a plan to follow because I’m not a teacher and would be lost without some sort of outline.

I am just so thankful for this blog. Yes I am filling this out for the contest, but am honestly embarrassed that I haven’t done it earlier. I thank you very much for your emails of your blog.

Happy 29th Birthday, Becky! You’re only 10 years younger than me–I’ve been 39 for a number of years. I’ve used so many of your resources that choosing a favorite it difficult. The Kindergarten Phonics resources have been used weekly in my classroom. Because we used Fundations from the Wilson Reading Program, I used the “Color the Chunk” pages to coordinate with the weekly skills in my whole group, small group, learning centers and intervention groups. Thank you for creating such awesome resources and for all the freebies. Have a wonderful school year.

    Hello!
I just love love love the curricula Reading the Alphabet and Learn to Read! I had jumped into homeschooling without knowing how to teach my ESL son, RTA was a God-send, my son hated anything in English and he would cry, why are you speaking or reading to me in English, I don’t understand.
And then, he opened up and today he’s in grade 2 and a fluent English reader and always asking the meaning of new vocab. I’m so grateful to you for sharing your resources.
Right now I’m using your syllable pack and we love it.
    Happy 29th birthday!

As a second year elementary teacher, I taught 3rd grade last year, but I found your resources (especially your phonics resources and word family books) to be helpful when I tutored over the summer with a little boy who was in kindergarten. This year, I am teaching first grade (virtual as of now!) and I found myself back in your website to find resources, games, and printable for my kiddos who are struggling with their alphabet and letter sounds! Thank you so much for creating this amazing website for parents and teachers just like me!

    Happy birthday, Becky!

Well. I’m having to teach my grandchild to read via long distance. So it’s quite a challenge. His school went awol last March in kindergarten. So he missed learning vowel sounds and everything else. He’s in Tulsa and I’m in Houston. I love your scavenger hunts and am using the digraph cards now. I have to print, cut and send. Ugh. Thank you very much for being here. I taught 6,7,8 grades so this is new…1st grade.
