50 MORE Phonics Cards…FREE!

By thisreadingmama 65 Comments

A few months ago, I created a MEGA Pack of Phonics Cards featuring sounds and skills mostly for beginning readers. I’ve had several requests for more difficult phonics sounds, so I have created 50+ More Phonics Cards.

50+ MORE Phonics Cards

What’s in this phonics pack?

  • ending blends and digraph cards
  • r-influence vowel cards
  • long vowels with silent e cards
  • long vowel digraph cards
  • diphthongs and other vowels (like ow, oi, or aw)

We’re talking over 50 more color phonics cards that can be used for lots of different purposes in the classroom or at home!

long vowel silent e phonics cards

Each card has the featured phonics skill at the top and three images {with words} that fit that phonics skill at the bottom. And each kind of phonics skill is color coded so that it’s easier for kids to visually see the difference between them.

Want smaller cards? Follow our tutorial!

I recommend printing the phonics cards on card stock and laminating them for durability. They can be used as wall charts or another easy trick it to hole punch the top corner and attach them to a 1-inch key ring to make a little phonics flip book.

By entering your email address, you will be added to my newsletter. As a subscriber, you will receive an email with the password to my exclusive subscriber page, where I house all my subscriber freebies. Please be patient, as it may take up to an hour to receive the email with the password.

Enjoy teaching!

Hi:) I was wondering what FABULOUS font this is for the free 50 font cards….it is so much fun! I am a font addict and can’t figure out which artist created this so I can go download it! Also – I was wondering if this product is available in your TpT store – I have just become your latest follower and don’t see it over there. I *am* having fun checking out all of your other resources on TpT in the meantime. Happy New Year!
