1-20 Number Fun Pages

By thisreadingmama 7 Comments

A couple of months ago, I shared some lowercase Alphabet Fun Pages to sneak in letter learning. Today, I’m excited to share our new Number Fun Pages as a subscriber freebie.

These are a fantastic and fun way to explore numbers 1-20. My preschooler {and even 1st grader} have enjoyed them, but I think they’d be great for reluctant learners as well!

1-20 Number Fun Pages

Some children may shut down when faced with traditional number worksheets. So I created these fun number pages. Kids get to trace, work mazes, connect dot-to-dot, color, and count. There are lots of beginning math skills covered like number recognition, one-to-one correspondence, number words, and counting…not to mention the fine motor skills involved in doing these!

Included in the pack are pages for numbers 1-20, in color and blackline. The one digit number pages are slightly different than the two digit number pages because of space.

NOTE: This is a subscriber freebie. If you’re already a newsletter subscriber, the NEW password to the password protected page can be found in your most recent newsletter, sent April 23.

For example, the 1-9 pages have tracing, mazes, coloring, connect the dots, and counting.

The 10-20 pages have all of those activities minus the coloring part. My 1st grader was quite upset about the missing coloring activity until I told her she could connect the numbers and then color that in.

The counting part of these pages is easy to adapt and change to meet your needs. Kids can dot with dot paint or use manipulatives to count each circle in the ten frame.

My 1st grader used the space to write her numbers {a great way to sneak in some number writing…hehe!}

slip number fun pages into dry erase pocket to make them reusable

You can make the number fun pages re-usable by slipping them into a dry erase pocket or plastic sleeve protector. Kids can use dry erase markers and manipulatives, like transparent counters, to count to the number.

      I looked for your email, but didn’t see you in my list of subscribers. Maybe you’re not subscribed anymore for some reason. Try subscribing again and see if that helps.

    I just found this site about a month ago and I love it. But, I have a hard time printing (and locating the print button) for a lot of your pages.

      My older posts don’t have a button. They just have something like: “Download this pack HERE.” Click on “HERE” to get the PDF. The newer posts do have a button. Both the link and the button can always be found at the END of each post.

    I just wanted to say, great work! I ended up downloading a couple of freebies of yours. I am hoping to use them with my 4 year old daughter and possibly teaching some phonics learners. I should definitely come back another time to read up and see what you are offering for homeschooling, as this pandemic lasts longer, it definitely shunned light more on learning at home.
