Today, I’m sharing some FREE February Writing Prompts (download link can be found at the end of this post), perfect for writers in the younger grades.
Children with special needs in the older grades may also enjoy them. Also feel free to use them with older writers as a jump start for other writing. Once the prompt has been used, kids can color in the picture!

You can also purchase my Write & Color Bundle Pack, which has Seasonal Word Banks and blank writing paper, too.

I love your monthly prompts. I freely admit that we are not using them for lack of interest on my daughter’s part, but I keep telling people about them 🙂

We don’t always use them, but they’re fun to have as a back up some days. 🙂 Thank you for telling people about them.

Thank you for sharing these prompts. They’re helpful when my kids don’t know what to write about in their daily journals.
