It’s been a while since I’ve pulled out the Pocket Chart ABC’s I made for MBug (currently 25 months). Just the other day, while reorganizing the schoolroom, I found them pulled them out for her.
She had so much fun placing them all over the pocket chart.
I took down the bubble wand (which we recycled and use as a pointer). It’s perfect because she LOVES the color pink. I sang parts of one of her favorite youtube videos in random order like, “Can you find: K is for kangaroo, /k/ /k/ kangaroo?” She used the pointer and searched until she found the letter. I was shocked to discover she knew almost every letter!!
As I get things a little more organized, I plan on printing out the photo stacking block ABCs that are also on the free download. I know she’ll love these, too!
If your child is ready for some more ABC review, check out my ABC Review Packs…they’re FREE!
I would encourage you to follow along in one or more of these ways so you don’t miss a thing!
