FREE States of Matter Learning Pages
I love teaching about the states of matter. These states of matter learning pages that kids can color can make it even more fun. Since my 1st and 2nd grader LOVE to color, I knew these would be the perfect freebies to share with you, too!
On each page, you’ll find three properties listed for each state of matter. Below, learners are to color the pictures that match that state of matter. {Hint: They will always color 5 and leave two uncolored.}
Some of the pictures may be a little on the tricky side, so it makes for a rich discussion about the properties of each kind of matter. Like is a snowman a liquid or a solid? Don’t worry. There are answer keys on pg. 6 of this freebie!
See our States of Matter Book List!
If you’re looking for more science units, be sure to check out all the units, freebies, and book lists we have available!
Want to grab a copy of the entire unit?
Grab just the freebie below by clicking the teal download button!
Enjoy!
