We’ve been using independent work pages in our homeschool routine for years now. They really help me organize our routine and give my learners direction.
Today I’m sharing some free, printable independent work pages with you and showing you how we have used these specifically the last two years.

Printable Independent Work Pages
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend buying dry erase pockets to use with these pages! I know they’re more expensive than plastic sleeve protectors, but they’re WELL worth the money. They are more durable and erase SO easily.
As an example: One of our independent work pages was still filled out from May of last year and erased without a smudge. If that had happened with plastic sleeve protectors, I would have had to scrub hard to get it off.
I slip the independent page into the dry erase pockets and use dry erase marker to write what each child needs to do for independent work for the day. If you teach older kids, they might could write this in themselves each day.
The independent work page is hung at their desk each day with a magnetic clip. During their independent work time, they work through their list and either erase it or draw through it with their dry erase marker.
I love that the date is up at the top, as I always encourage my kiddos to date their work. Even if they’re using a workbook, they date the page.
There are three different versions included in the download {with boy and girl images}. So, print the free independent work pages that will work best for your learners! {Keep scrolling to snag the freebies!}
