Free Number Cards {3 Levels}

By thisreadingmama 23 Comments

Looking for some free Number Cards to help your child learn about ways to make numbers? These number cards are colorful and can serve SO many purposes!

You may have seen or even used our number puzzles or gumball math mats with your child or students. Thanks to a newsletter subscriber’s idea, I combined those math concepts with the format of my free phonics cards to create some free number cards.

50+ FREE Number Cards

In this pack are 3 levels of number learning!

counting flip book with number cards

Level 1 includes number cards 1-20, perfect for young children. I printed my cards on cardstock, laminated them, then hole punched the top left corner. I created a little flip book for my 4 year old. She likes to flip through it and count the objects on each page, as they equal the number featured on the top.

level 2 of free numbers 1-20 cards

Level 2 also includes numbers 1-20, but it features four different ways the number can be made. This includes the number word, dice patterns, tally marks, base ten blocks, objects equaling the number, and counting fingers.

level 3 number cards 10-100

Level 3 has numbers 10 through 100, counting by 10’s. These cards feature number words, base ten blocks, money, and addition facts.

Ways to Use the Number Cards

  • Make a flip book, as mentioned above and let your child have or place at a math center.
  • Put on the wall near a math center.

number cards as playdough mats

  • Playdough mats.
  • You can always create your own ways to use these! If you do, I’d love to hear from you!!

On this private page https://thisreadingmama.com/reading-mama-subscriber-freebies/, which is password protected. If you are a newsletter subscriber, the password is in your most current newsletter. If you’re not, subscribing is easy and you will get the password there. Hope that helps! 🙂

The email service shows that all the emails and newsletters I’ve sent since you subscribed are getting to you. Have you checked your spam?

Just want to let you know how much I appreciate your materials. They are of the greatest quality and you share so much of your material free! I am a retired educator and I will volunteer this school year with
“at risk” readers. Your illustrations are so appealing, I know they will grab the attention of these kids and will be a great help in their learning process.Thank you again for your generosity in sharing these quality teaching materials

Hi there. I see that you subscribed, but the problem could be hotmail. They have a very strong spam filter, so chances are hotmail is blocking my emails. Do you have a different email account, like yahoo or gmail you could use?
