4th of July Learning Pack
The pack includes the same kinds of activities as all my other Pre-K/K Packs {and similar to Reading the Alphabet}.
The activities are not as worksheet-based, but hands-on learning activities. This does require more work on your part {and mine} to implement them with our kids, but I believe it’s worth it. Some of the materials I use to prep and implement can be found at the very bottom of this post.
Here are some of the hands-on activities you’ll find are:
- 2 emergent readers {1- fireworks and color words, 2- includes symbols of America}
- rhyming and syllable activities
- phonics {letters/letter sounds}
- fine motor activities {tracing, cutting, etc.}
- basic math activities, such as numbers, making patterns, and addition
AND MORE!
4 of July Read Alouds

- L is for Liberty by Wendy C. Lewison
- Fourth of July Sparkly Sky by Joan Holub
- I Pledge Allegiance by Bill Martin, Jr.
- The Story of “The Star-Spangled Banner” by Patricia A. Pingry
