Just a quick freebie this morning: this is a long vowel word wall review sort I created for ALuv {currently end of 1st grade} to work on today. It is a long vowel sort using only sight words found on the PP through Grade 3 Dolch Sight Word List. No bells and whistles; just a straight-up word sort. BUT this simple sort is a 3-for-1! It 1- reviews sight words and 2-reviews long vowel patterns, 3- and reviews other vowel patterns {such as ou}. This is just one of the ways I’m helping my son review the sight words he’s learned. Hope you enjoy!
