Today, I’m sharing a FREE Write and Color Writing Prompt page for November! It’s super simple to use. Print off, give to your student(s), and she picks a prompt to write about, then colors in the portion of the picture for that prompt once her sentences or story has been written.
I still use these, on occasion, with ALuv {currently in 2nd grade}, but he started them his summer after Kindergarten, so they work well for K through 2nd grade.
You can also purchase my Write & Color Bundle Pack, which has Seasonal Word Banks and blank writing paper, too.

I love your writing prompts! Thanks for sharing with Afterschool!
Thank you and you’re welcome. 🙂
Oh, I love these! Such a creative way to get kids thinking and writing! They can get so stuck on picking a topic and this is a fun way to help them over that hurdle. Love it.
Thank you, Jackie!
Love these! Pinning!
You’ve been featured on our After School Thanksgiving Roundup of Activities for School Aged Kids this week. This activity looks like so much fun for the kids to be inspired by and write with. Just want to tell you that we are so thankful for you and your blog! Happy Thanksgiving! http://theeducatorsspinonit.blogspot.com/2013/11/thanksgiving-activities-for-school-aged.html
