All About Me Pages for All Ages
It’s about that time of year…back to school! If you teach in the classroom, these all about me pages are a great way to get to know your students. If you homeschool, they’re a great keepsake from year to year {just be sure to date them on the back}.
A preview of all the three pages can be seen here:
The Pre-K All About Me Page includes space for the child’s name, a self-portrait, a way to color in their age {3, 4, or 5}, their favorite color, and their favorite food. As tempting as it is to complete parts of the page for your preschoolers, I recommend letting them try on their own to get a true snapshot of where they are. You can encourage them to draw pictures, too.
The K-2 All About Me Page includes space for the child’s name, grade, their birthday, a self-portrait, their favorite color, their favorite food, their favorite books, and things they are ready to learn about this school year.
The 3-5th Grade All About Me Survey requires more writing and has less clip art. It includes space at the top for basic info and a selfie. At the bottom, they can fill out the chart for all their favorite things. If you’re using this with a classroom of students, use the information on the pages for an ice breaker once they’re finished filling them out. For example, you could say, “Find someone in the room who has a birthday in the same month as you.”
