As a part of NJoy’s new Reading The Alphabet curriculum, I created a Handwriting Notebook for him.
Inside it, I placed the plastic sheet protectors with some of his work. (These pages are part of Lesson 2- coming FRIDAY, AUGUST 31!)
I made a cover for their notebooks and wanted to share, just in case you’d like to use it, too. Click here: MyHandwritingNotebook-Cover. I saved it as a Power Point file instead of a PDF so you can change the color around “My Handwriting Notebook” and/or insert a picture of your own child in the blank rectangle from your computer. The blank rectangle is a 4×6 size, so you could also glue a hard copy photo in that place.

Nice cover! I was lazy when I made my son’s binder, and I just customized a free template on the binder maker’s site. Yours is much nicer.
Becky says
Thanks, Eddie. And I’d hardly call you lazy!

I am wanting to make a Handwriting notebook for my son but I am confused on exactly which printables you put in it. Could you please clarify for me how to make it.

See if yesterday’s lesson helps to clarify. It shows what I put in each week. https://thisreadingmama.com/2013/02/09/reading-the-alphabet-letter-k/
