Last week’s linky party had quite a few literacy ideas that I absolutely fell in love with! Here they are for you to enjoy, too!
I adore this idea from Kids Activities Blog! It is great on so many levels. Sometimes even reluctant readers will “hide” behind their puppet and read aloud! Practice re-reading texts in the voices of the puppets. So fun!
I love this poetry journal idea for kids from Life in the Unknown. I’m going to have to start my own with my son. Fantastic!
Writing is hard for some kids and many don’t enjoy it. What a fun way to make writing fun from What Do We Do All Day?
Who would have thought you could write and tell stories using crayon names?!? Brilliant! A simply brilliant idea from A Mom with a Lesson Plan!
