More FREE Rain Printables!!

Last week, I made a few printables to go with our rain/rainbow theme.  This week, I went ahead and made some more; as we are continuing the theme (adding in some letter u activities from Erica & Carisa).  I’m not sure we’ll use all of these, but I was in the mood to make some extras!  Enjoy!  (Everything original to me is protected by www.myfreecopyright.com. )

The first two printables focus on PRINT AWARENESS (or concept of print)

Rain Print Awareness (similar to the Rainbow I made last week)

Rain on the Green Grass-Concept of Print (for use with pocket chart-all three photos are from the download)

Pocket chart sentences

Print off and read version

Cut & Paste blank version

Rain on the Green Grass (download activity is similar to Snow emergent reader I adapted with 2 different versions)

Read, Decorate & Compose 2nd verse

POETRY/FINGER PLAYS

It’s Raining!  It’s Pouring! Fingerplay (from my Christian Nursery Rhyme collection)

Up, Up Umbrella Poem

I hope you can find something you can use with your child or classroom if you’re in need of rain-themed printables! :)

  1. Super cute as always! I’m jealous of all you people who can make cute printables.

  2. I love these (as always!). I love the Up Up Umbrella Poem and the Under the Umbrella Reader (I pinned them onto my Pinterest Board).

I had never thought to try Power Point to make printables, hmmm … I just use Word Documents and Paint (I am secretly hoping at some point my husband will pick up a Publishing Program). I will have to look into Power Point though. I hope you and your newest addition to your family are doing well!

  3. Love the emergent reader printables! I’m pinning and sharing this post today.

  4. You could certainly be selling these wonderful ideas. Thanks again! Carolyn
